One focused 45-minute visit: a quick assessment, targeted acupuncture and fire cupping for your neck, shoulder and shoulder blade, then a re-test so you can feel what changed.
Neck and shoulder pain is rarely just one muscle. The rotator cuff, upper trapezius, shoulder blade and neck all pull on each other. In 45 minutes we find which one is driving your pain, treat it directly with needles and cupping, and re-test before you leave.
Range-of-motion tests to find what’s driving the pain: cuff, shoulder blade, trapezius or neck.
Fine needles at the points and trigger points behind your pain, with electro-acupuncture when needed.
Cups on the shoulders and upper back to release tight tissue and boost circulation.
We repeat the opening movements, then give you 1–2 exercises and an honest next step.
From desk work, sleep or sport
Lifting, gym or repetitive work
That pinch when you raise your arm
Ease pain and protect your range
Burning or aching between the blades
Coming from a tight neck and traps

Recent neck or shoulder pain often changes noticeably within 2–4 sessions. Long-standing problems usually take 6–8. Frozen shoulder moves through phases over many months, so treatment aims to ease pain and protect range along the way. You get an honest plan after the first visit, with no package required.
